Rules & Regulations Refund and Cancellation Rules.  There will be no refund or cancellations once booked for bike transportation. However you can transfer the ticket to another person. Transport slots are subject to availability. Athletes must drop off their bikes at  Pedals & Wheels, Bengaluru , on  21st or 22nd October before 2:00 PM . Bikes received after the specified drop-off deadline may not be accepted for transportation. Athletes are responsible for ensuring that their bikes are in a suitable condition for transportation before handover. Pedals will be removed  as part of the packing process. Bikes will be packed using  bubble/foam protection , with additional  12 mm foam sheets  placed between bikes to minimize contact during transit. Bikes will be transported in a  closed container vehicle . Athletes should remove all  personal belongings, accessories, and valuables  from the bike before handing it over. Zen Mountain/transport partners are not responsible for personal items left attached to the bike, including bottles, computers, lights, bags, tools, or other accessories. Athletes should ensure that any removable or fragile accessories are removed before handover. Bikes will be available for delivery in Udupi from  23rd October after 3:00 PM and on 24th October . After the race, athletes must hand over their bikes for the return journey  as soon as possible . Return bike collection/drop-off will be available on  26th October (second half) and 27th October . The designated shop will be  closed for four days from 28th October onwards . Athletes must therefore collect/drop their bikes within the specified window. Athletes are responsible for collecting their bikes within the communicated collection period. Any damage existing on the bike prior to handover should be disclosed and, where possible, documented before transportation. Athletes are advised to photograph their bike before handover for their own records. Transport timelines may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, road conditions, or other logistical issues. By booking the bike transport service, the athlete confirms that they have read and agreed to these rules and regulations.

The ₹1,800 fee covers bike transport from  Bengaluru to Mysuru and back to Bengaluru , including basic protective packing for transport. 2. Where do I drop my bike in Bengaluru?
