CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
The cancellation policy of a product may vary depending on the experience you book. While some experiences can be canceled up to 24, 48, or 72 hours before they start, several others can’t be canceled once the reservation has been confirmed.
All our experiences have a separate cancellation policy that can be found on their respective experience page under ‘cancellation policy’ or under the description of the experience.
Zen Mountain’s experiences can broadly be categorized into:
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Cannot be canceled, amended, or rescheduled.
- Moderate Cancellation Policy: Get a full refund on canceling this ticket up to 72 hours (or above) before the schedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability/additional charges.
- Flexible Cancellation Policy: Get a full refund on canceling this ticket up to 24 – 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
Please note the cancellation policy varies for each experience and we would kindly request you to check the same before confirming the booking.
